We’re all going to hell in a Make America Great Again basket from China.

The next time I lead the boys to the water and they don’t drink, I’m gonna buss a Susan Smith on their ass and come home alone. There won’t be an investigation. No news coverage. Ain’t no cop in their right mind wastin’ time searching for two Black boys.

On a scale of 1 to 100, 1 is the most confident. I wonder how Julie feels now about spring coming again? I am certain that if I stay outside long enough I will sweat to death.

I am in Prince Edward County with Dee – we went to a horse farm on our way to the Airbb. The program lady was knowledgeable (she’d better be). I’ve only ever seen horses from far away when driving out to Southern Ontario for work … and by the way, I’ve been at this job for six years, not five. Duh! One year more than my WordPress blog has existed.

The largest horse was 17.5 hands high. When we were in the barn I realized how massive these animals are. I was trying to be in awe but the flies kept bugging me. All her horses were rescued and some of the stories were horrible.

By the time we got outside to the pen, I was scared and wasn’t planning on going in but after I calmed down, I went in with the lady, I didn’t want to be left alone in the desert on a horse with no name – she gave me a riding crop or a stick thing and said, “If the horse is approaching and you feel scared, draw a line, like this, and stand your ground. He won’t cross that line.”

Yesterday I watched A Quiet Place: Day One (2024) and it was shit. I hate when people write things that don’t make sense to put a character in a certain situation so a future event can happen. Garbage! Put more effort and imagination into your work. The first and second installments were the best. Give me better movies – I should make the movies I want to see. 🙂 Hmmm … Maybe – for now I’ll write the scripts.

Dad is in town. He was coming in when I was going out – I totally forgot, and I also thought he was coming on the 5th. I saw a TOWN HALL building in Napanee. Neat! I have more to share but I can’t sync my photos at the moment.
