Since I’ve had my watch, I got this app called Auto Sleep, or Sleep Auto maybe (I’m on a roll, I cannot stop to check), and when I look at the analysis, I never go into a deep sleep, at least not for the last two weeks. AND my deep sleep cycles, when I do have them, aren’t very long. I think this might be good stuff to show my doctor.
In the meantime, I’m trying to figure out how to get the benefits of deep sleep without deep sleeping – It might require some dining table surgery. Ready. Set. Extract.
Been doing a few reading, and I think the benefits of deep sleep are same as when you fast, depending on if you fast long enough to get into autophagy – which happens about 16 hrs in. (This is coming from the person looking to do dining table surgery on her brain – So, you know, do your research).
On my next reincarnation, I will come back as a unicorn mermaid ninja. (I will draw that for you one day.) Right! Sexy! Also, when the weather gets warmer, I will take pics and trace them instead of selecting random pics online. I don’ know enough about copywriting rights, but I don’t have to worry if I trace my pictures.
