Daily Word Prompt – Encourage

Do you remember
The goals you've set
Are you pleased with your old(er) self

When travelling through your mind
Will you love what you find
Face everything - open the blinds

Start fresh if you must
It's ok to give up
Trust in yourself
Dust off and adjust

Dwell on the past only long enough
To learn, and detach the mental handcuffs
Stand up! Move forward with gusto
Build excitement. Go. Go. Go.

Have supporters around
When doubt erupts

Create your own definitions of success
Keep the naysayers at bay, they can depress
With every achievement, celebrate

Because it's good to be great!
