When you’re fortunate enough to find yourself in Toronto, Canada, visit Fat Ninja Bite. They have the absolute best white meat Chicken Katsu Burger anywhere. (Well, possibly except for Japan. But I don’t see how you could make this any better).
The batter is light, not oily. The chicken … tender and flavourful. Served with fresh veggies and coleslaw – Delightful. If you can’t handle the burger, get the Chicken Katsu with a side of rice and slaw instead. I usually get the Taro Chips to go (my dessert).
Come hungry. Leave satiated (and most likely with a doggie bag), knowing you’ll be back.
