I’ve written a lot of poems over the years — some serious, some absurd. Many are tucked away like pressed leaves in forgotten journals. This scrapbook started because I deleted all my WordPress tags, but then I realized I still needed them.
This is my way of bringing a few of my most favourite lighter moments back to life — with doodles, tape, and photos (thank you CGPT). Think of it as a time capsule of whimsy: teddy bears with banjos, drunken fishing trips with my spider friend Phil, the flightless bee and the latest, backyard cats in clover couture.
As I rediscover pieces, I’ll be adding “pages.” This was fun to make. Sometimes, poems don’t need editing — they just need a second look, and a glitter sticker.

Its really great to remember your own writings, they bring you back to where you started and how far you have come.
Very true! It’s a good feeling, seeing how far you’ve come. I deleted all my tags thinking I didn’t need them anymore because I have categories, so in the process of retagging I am rediscovering 🙂
