Sick Lines

Love is blind
Love is sick
Sick and tired
Sick of pain
Pain can heal
Pain can transform
Transform to renew
Transform into
Into a better lover
Into a better friend
Friend forever
Friend to the end
End of never
End to start
Start fresh
Start change
Change your clothes
Change your heart
Heart of darkness
Heart of hate
Hate stagnates
Hate replaced
Replaced by openness
Replaced by kindness
Kindness is always in fashion
Kindness your favourite apparel
Apparel that looks great on you
Apparel that suits me too
Too much to carry
Too too heavy
Heavy hitter
Heavy hand
Hand to lend
Hand to mend
Mend a broken heart
Mend fences
Fences make good neighbours
Fences pick a side
Side effect
Side split
Split Croatia
Split the difference
Difference of opinion
Difference between
Between you and me
Between the lines
Lines in the spectrum
Lines of connection
Connection …
Spectrum …

Sick Lines

Blitz is a fifty-line contemporary form of poetry consisting of short phrases and images. The rule for naming the poems: first word of lines three and forty-eight, with a conjunction or preposition between the two.

I left out the middle word because I cannot decide – too many options and none seem right.
