May 27 – Journal Entry

My landlord put down plastic in the hallway. In the center of the hallway, where the plastic overlaps, there are air pockets, and when you walk on it, it pops. The noise sounds precisely like bubble wrap.

Whenever I get the chance to open a package at work and I discover bubble wrap, I am ecstatic. I lay it on the floor, in front of my desk, put my chair on top, sit down and roll over the bubble wrap until I pop every last bubble. It is so much fun, and the best part … getting to annoy my coworkers in the process.

One time my boss put beer in my diffuser and the office smelled like stinky feet for hours – I don’t know what possessed him.

I am looking forward to the weekend!
