Rich, diverse cultures
Scavenged, eaten by vultures

Rubbed out
Whitewashed
Scrubbed

Nameless, faceless masses
Countless Histories
Omitted from school classes

And worse yet
It’s not in the past yet

“Still” is both a protest and my love letter to all cultures, languages, and lineages. It honors what was taken, what remains and what we can reclaim. Diversity is Humanity. It’s our rhythm, our radiance—our resistance and resilience.
