While relaxing on the patio
Doing yoga and drinking tea
Of the chai variety
Breathing deep, I suddenly realized
Right there before my eyes
How wonderful and wise
Beauty is in disguise
As an unassuming comic book
A discovery previously overlooked
The perfect water pressure for a shower
People who don’t abuse their power
Clothes that don’t need ironing
Looking forward to retiring
To not be afraid of a bully
To feel everything fully
Floating on air when life’s a breeze
Writing poetry with the greatest of ease
Sipping the last of my chai
Laughing with the clouds in the sky
