Like 
Butterfly wings
Heartstrings
Upswings
And other 
Not so easily tarnished things

Like
Putting on imaginary water wings
Then sailing to Saratoga Springs
Where I race with the horses 
While singing some hymns 
Then pause to soak up the spas
     Rejuvenating my weary limbs

I hope for you this clings ...
If you wish to stay afloat
You cannot keep heavy things in your boat
