There’s a full moon out!
I’m on to sonnet 23, and they are becoming easier to write. (Let’s hope I don’t jinx myself – knock on wood three times). I read about a Spenserian named after some dude (aren’t they all); I think I mentioned it before. It’s supposed to be more challenging because of how the rhymes carry over from one stanza to the next:
ABAB
BCBC
CDCD
EE
… So after I write my 155 sonnets, I’m gonna keep writing sonnets and all kinds of poems, except maybe for Irish ones – damn Irish!
Then I will write more sonnets than Wordsworth (an appropriate name for a poet). Then more poems/lines than John Bradburne. I got goals yo! If I live that long cause I’m starting late. (knock on wood)!
