Enshrined via cultural norms
Language and institutional memory
Deviation is dangerous
Systems are risk-averse
To those standing on the outside, questioning
Thinking they can come in and change things
You’re up against policies, incentives
And traditional best practices
Systems assimilate
Be prepared
