Been fighting monsters like crazy – I unlocked tricep kickbacks, mountain climbers and flutter kicks. When I was working out, I thought, it would be nice if the ringcon was heavier but then I remembered, you only need heavy weights if you are trying to bulk, but if you wanna get lean then you need more reps with lighter weights.
