New Again

Today I found a chair in the garbage – technically, it was beside the garbage area. I brought it home, dismantled it and gave it a couple of Lysol wipe downs before giving it a spot to live. It reminds me of the ’60s or ’70s. I’m not in love with the colour – maybe there is a way to paint it or distress it.

Also, I found an entire branch, that’s its temporary drying spot.

AND last night, I changed the look of my site. Fooled around with the fonts and palettes. I think I’m alright for now. I change the background colour earlier to more of an off-white. But that’s it for now … Most likely.

Vhen I read obits people are always like, “It’s with great sadness …”

I am certain there are people we’d like to see dead. How come none of them start with, “It is with an inordinate amount of HAPPINESS … Let’s get this party started right!”

Laundry! Done! In addition to my wearables, I had a bunch of sheets, blankets and duvet covers. All of which I didn’t feel like washing. Took a walk over to the laundromat and signed up for wash and fold. Perfect!

I used to do wash n’ fold all the time when the kids were younger and I had a car. It was easy to drop off and pick up. But now these guys have the service right across the street! They have a new owner, a Black lady. That was refreshing to see. I explained my sex worker pickle and she agreed to let me work out of there but I gotta give her 10%. At least it’s only for a few more days.

Fan: I know you think you're gonna get breeze, but you may or may not. 
Me: You're a fan! Why wouldn't I get breeze?

… And now you’ve pretty much seen my entire bedroom. Sexy right! Think nothing of Cony (Line Friends bunny). I had to hang her like that otherwise she kept falling forward. I wanna get all the Line Friends.

You remember when I got two of those books like an idiot. (the stupid shit I do). But it all worked out in the bookend! hehe! I already read through it so now it’s being repurposed for shelf support – and it’s more of a coffee table book than a regular reference book.

Last night I didn’t wake up until my alarm went off at 4:30 am. 🙂 Let’s see what happens tonight!

I had a lot too much to drink.
