May 22 – Journal Entry

Many many moons ago, I use to do technical support for IBM laptops, at first, and then servers. Probably like over 20 years by now and my family still call me to help them troubleshoot their computer problems. SMH.

Today my sister called me about her Toshiba laptop, wondering if she can upgrade it. After I looked up the model – I told her to just buy a new machine – the thing is ancient in computer hardware years.

I spend my day off learning more about Asana, fixing a project, and having a convo with a psychiatrist. He asked me if I wanted to go to group sessions, I said yes. He also asked if I needed help with my drinking – I said, “Nope. I can stop when I’m ready.”

I was supposed to go outside for a walk today but really didn’t feel like leaving the house. André finally convinced me to at 10:30 pm, but I only stayed out for ten minutes – I was bad company. Couldn’t wait to get back inside. Vast nothingness.

Why do snipers need a spotter when they have a scope on their rifle?
