Mother Nature hates us
Perhaps, Father Time could rewind and save us

Unintended consequences lack foresight
(remember when plastic was hype)

Futures traded as collateral damage
Some have already written off 
          a heavily leveraged Earth

But we can’t all afford to leave the planet
Here’s where the rich purge the poor
Is there a middle class anymore

not all thoughts 
should be entertained
or entertaining and 
some must be contained
especially when containing:

          - Profit before Protection
          - Action before Accountability
          - Collective Interest Depreciation
          - Jet streams of What’s in it for me

If care could run rampant like wildfires
This is Mother Nature’s feedback
