One time, I met a fish named Trout.
He promised to take me out.
But there was a massive drought —
And Trout’s whole lake dried out.

Dashed!
My hopes for a fantastic date.
Maybe I’ll snag a land mammal mate
I’m getting older, I hope it’s not too late.

Perhaps a Fox will fancy me.
Or a Bear with an engineering degree.
Guess I’ll just have to wait and see.
